The Pandemic a CH and Benefit Payments and Treasury Checks
Through the pandemic we had a lot of federal benefit payments that went out to consumers. Those went out through a CH which has its own set of regulations for how the Federal Reserve operates in that space. And then there's a separate set of rules that apply when the treasury issues checks. So those are certainly a core stop of mind for them as those are being used every day by a lot of different institutions around the US.
