Is There a Definite Hint Here, That We Are Still Tied to Circumcision?

There is a definite hint here, that we are still tied to this issue of circumcision. And what i find so interesting is, if you were to go to the very last verse of this chapter, it's this weird all of a sudden they throw in two verses that sound almost exactly like what we just read. In case anyoneis dering, that's not how circumcision works. You don't refer to lips as being circumcised or uncircumcisedd as the oddest reference ever.
