The Importance of Intentional Change in Leadership

The first day of the retreat was a blockbuster. We created some great climate in the group. And I think there was a real sense in the group of a bit of healing and a sense that they could really turn the corner as a group. The second day that retreat started to unravel a little bit, the group became a bit dispirited. It just felt like he was sort of in a way not taking up his role as a leader. So anyways, the retreat ended and it's sort of a like a bittersweet ending. But you know, this opportunity just I don't think the moment was seized.
