Isn't Southwest Keeping It Too?
The cancellation fee is actually pretty rare to day. Very few airfares domestic have a cancellation fee any more. This was a huge market advantage for southwest. And the cancellaton fees have started creeping in on some of the fair classes, again, with the airlines. The other real annoying thing is, american united and delta push you so hard to pay for seat assignments on the plane.
