The Other Side of the Fence
I think a lot of people don't because they don't know how to do that. And empathy typically can't be. So when someone's genuine person, and on the other side of the fence and they feel it, they're like, Oh, this person understands what's happening over here. I wish there were more of us, but we are kind of helping a new generation. It is sad that in that 10 years that there haven't been others to help coach and sponsor them.
