How can you really have completely in your mind these hundreds of pages? Ye, i think if you just see that is a kind of a big library cand of unstructured stuff. It's really, really difficult to remember it and to also put it in action. So i really love to have something like quality principles, some kind of underlying fundament that helps you to understand what it's all about. And we talked about how it cr the sort of negative connotation, but it also creates uncertainty, and fear.
