The Importance of Going Above and Beyond

A company that doesn't do more than just like pay you is not a good company, in my opinion. A company that goes above and beyond is a great company. It's going to be the one that hires the best talent. But I think maybe what I'm trying to get at is like, at the end of the day, we're actually owed nothing. Like no one owes us in light. Well, I think we should ask for more.
