And so I went to an office, maybe a couple blocks away and rented an office,. hired an assistant myself, and would take the work over there. We instantly increased business got to a point where I hired another person. But we all know how that story ends. Like, that's not going to last forever. So then I bought a mortgage business and transfer those folks over to that because I did not need to be in the confines of these corporations.
