"I'm gonna lean on my experience doing exactly what I'm about to talk about at plus you know now 12 years since when I worked at the orthogenic school at University of Chicago with these kids. The thing that I would do is I'm gonna get weird I'm gonna lean into what I'm completely comfortable this will fit my ENFP personality type of like let's just fucking do stuff," she said. "If you can form a relationship that is where you can make an impact especially when you're working with neuro divergent kids that have had trauma is going to be one of the most impactful things that you can create"
