I do think that there is indeed a pressure in a way to be flexible, to be able to change because what has been good today doesn't mean it will be good in 10 years or 100 years. And for example, train immunity, the capacity of responding better to a reinfection or a risk stimulation is lost not only across generations, but is also lost within an individual.
