Open Lineage and DBT - What's the Difference?
DBT is becoming a standard because of the great user experience as an analyst, they get an awesome experience. It's so easy to test locally, make sure everything is working before you push the production. If I do my job correctly, users don't have to know about it anymore. We're like Parquet and open lineage and all of that. That's kind of like more like back in blogging aspect. So we build DBT in a way that didn't require permission from anybody.
