"I always wanted to travel and have adventure, but I'm also writing a book and trying to build a podcast," he says. "This is the beautiful intersection of when you do something which you're genuinely proud of doing and that you enjoy yourself." The desire for external validation has fallen away an awful lot as he's become more fulfilled by his work. He wants everyone listening to this to be able to find that intersection of what is right for them because it's so fulfilling.

Today, we have the pleasure of welcoming my old friend Chris Williamson to our discussion. Chris is not only an entrepreneur but also a well-known YouTuber and host of the high regarded Modern Wisdom podcast. He has established himself as an important contributor to discussions surrounding self-improvement and fitness, owing to his critical thinking and innovative ideas on challenging health and social issues.
