Cleopatra and Alexander is quite an unusual name for a Ptolemaic, somebody from that dynasty. Anthony does acknowledge these children as his, which is really important in the Roman world. But he doesn't hang around to meet them though. He's gone off east to fight the Parfians to start that campaign. That never-ending we're going to do this campaign against the Parfian.
