How Do I Pay the Lot Rent to the Park?
In a traditional sing lof family, the tenants write you one check. So pay me the payment for the home, and then they're responsible for the lot rent to the park. For these properties, for these houses that are in the ten to 15 thousand range, what are they typically rent for? Oh, well, basically my cash flow on these homes, i get about 500 to 600 dollars per month cash floe.
