What Do You Need to Ask Your Stakeholders?
How frequently are the releases happening? Are they working in sprints? When do the releases happen? Is it every two weeks or is it every week, every day, every month? That'll give you a good idea of what's going on. The other department, very helpful departments are UX research. You can ask them about previous surveys that have been conducted and what the service results are. So these are all some of the questions that you can ask your stakeholders.
