Shame is the last emotion to really be studied because it's so uncomfortable. My gut feeling about it is that it is the root of most problems in the world and how we deal with it. And that is something I want to start organizing ideas. The first word that describes, our word to describe this emotion of constriction and wanting to hide or disappear is shame.
Chris Lastovicka is a web designer at Cornell University in the College of Engineering and a former musician. They use Obsidian to delve into their research interest in Buddhism, systems thinking, and emotion.
