What Are the Challenges for the Markets?
The odds of recession, given the collapse in money supply and leading economic indicators, tell us that we're going to have a recession at some point. And so therefore we see a retest of the October lows at mid-year. Not before it. We think the yields have gone a little bit too far here, perhaps in the near term. Let's see how stocks trade if yields pull back.
