I came into it when the car was under performing, had several issues. They were just just by directing an approach, it was quite easy to solve. I suppose what i wasn't ready for is how much effort goes into actually running an operation. The weight on your shoulders while standing in breeze blocks at me was something i kind of likened it to trying to solve a technical problem. To actually concentrate on the technical issues that we had, i had to try and move quicker o cargo. You know, relished the challenge or trinned to fail at it either way.
