Is There a Blame Culture?
I came into it when the car was under performing, had several issues. They were just just by directing an approach, it was quite easy to solve. I suppose what i wasn't ready for is how much effort goes into actually running an operation. The weight on your shoulders while standing in breeze blocks at me was something i kind of likened it to trying to solve a technical problem. To actually concentrate on the technical issues that we had, i had to try and move quicker o cargo. You know, relished the challenge or trinned to fail at it either way. As you can see from some of the other comments here, there's no blame culture around this team. But rather
