How Did You Become a Minister?

The last church I served was here in Sacramento, and I retired from them in 2013. My parents were liberals. They joined the Initarian Universalist Church shortly after they moved to Houston because they was an ad in Houston Post that this white church was openly embodying blacks into the congregation. And so my parents decided they didn't know anything about it, but they thought going a couple of times just to support them would be a good thing. So we kind of come from that lineage.
