The top 30 wine companies in the United States make over 70% of US wines. They don't want you to know that so they hide behind thousands of brands and labels. These multi-billion dollar marketing conglomerates who make wine in factories in Central California. This is not trendy at all it's a return to thousands of year old traditions of how wine was historically made until about 50 years ago.
