The Importance of Telling Intensely Personal Stories

Innovation is about talking to real people and finding out what makes them tick. We need to help all these executives really understand, like a person who's living in the real world. For me, it's about telling intensely personal stories. So for example, one of the women that we met during our research recently for this project was a an organization or our company might look at her as a divorced mob of two but she had this incredible background.
