The Difference Between Vancomycin and Barium Contrast

The American College of Radiology National Kidney Foundation recommend giving IV isotonic saline for hypo and UV patients with reduced kidney function. They don't give dosing or durations or injection rates for how it should be administered. The dose is going to be one cc per kilo per hour and the recommendation is, I think it's six to eight hours before and 16 hours afterwards.
