Nick Casario and the Head Coach

I hope that the two of them are aligned really well. It's always a little off when the head coach and the GM don't come in at the same time. If everything goes right, it could be a faster turnaround than would seem reasonable to predict. Not everything is necessarily going to go right, but certainly wish them all the best.
