How to Achieve a Deep Work State
The solution is to get into deep work for me, at least is to find something that I really care about or really want to be doing. This podcast is a great example or researching for the podcast. It's like going into a deep work state when I'm researching. So what are the things you really care about and how do you make those things a greater part of your life? For me, it comes down to figuring out somebody you admire and then reverse engineering their daily action steps.
