I think it's in a way, you know, a side effect of just how you were trained as an engineer. The research says the magic number is something like 3.2 to 1.0 negative or critical comment. That's kind of a healthy average to try and hit. Having that open just forces me to think about it every day when I look at it. And then the other side of it is try and encourage that as a team or make that more of a cultural thing.
