What Happens Next After the Pandemic?
About 20 % of work at service oriented firms is getting done at home. That's more than twice what it was before the pandemic. One consultang i spoke to told me it's really the ceos and the executives, a majority of whom are typically male and white, who want everyone to come back. And it's caregivers and women of people of color who are saying, no, thank you. We'd rather not.
