Creating a State Using Sub Pieces

There's product types and some types. If you need to do something more sophisticated, there's stuff like collection. These have the interesting property of being a kind of combination of the choice. I also wanna get into naming versus nesting. Is the topping a nested structure with its own state to it or is it just the name of a topping?
