What Limited Western European Recovery Beyond, Say, 19 Forty Seven?
Two factors limited the mobilization of this grothpotential were two factors. There was a pandamic dollar shortage, as o shortage of hard currency in western europe. The other problem was how to deal with the german question. And it's unquestionable thata solving this problem and re starting a western economic cooperation could not have happened without a very positive and instrumental role played by the united states right?
