Is the Archevist a Political Appointee?
In the absence of an official tosu, what you could potentially have is a constitutional violation without a remedy. This archevist was originally appointed during the obama administration and he's stayed over since then. Michel has not affected his life really one way or the other. The whole archivist issue is just absolutely fascinating to me.
