The FDIC's Bailout of Community Banks

Congress would have to say all bank accounts, whatever their size are fully insured. The administration has come very close to saying, look, if things get really bad, we will take these votes again. But they can't make a blanket statement that no matter what, if your money is at a community bank, we will protect it down to the last cent.
