Juliet: I'm a huge fan of Kim Scott and kind of like the last two topics, like feedback and creating a work environment that people feel accepted. Radical Cander is actually probably one of the top three books that I recommend to leaders because giving critical feedback is something we all struggle with; no one likes being told they're not doing something well. What books would you recommend to NCOs coming up? Juliet: If you're not reading someone else's, when you start competing for jobs, it comes down to who's done more personal, you know, and professional development.
