What Books Would You Recommend to NCOs?

Juliet: I'm a huge fan of Kim Scott and kind of like the last two topics, like feedback and creating a work environment that people feel accepted. Radical Cander is actually probably one of the top three books that I recommend to leaders because giving critical feedback is something we all struggle with; no one likes being told they're not doing something well. What books would you recommend to NCOs coming up?
