Are We Going in the Wrong Direction?
Timothy Stanley: I think one of the things that's driving the other way is the politicization of the evangelical community and the power that they've leveraged. And it doesn't really reflect even among people of faith. It doesn't reflect the broad consensus of the American people. But on the other end, Tim, it strikes me that all these things have to be had that start from a basis of respect. That has to be the basis on which we have conversation.
