i think it was important for the employees at uber to feel like they were being invested in in unprecedented ways. A strategy in silicon valley, turns out, is a really important to be taught. You know, i think so many people haven't really thought enough about the link between strategy and culture. I think that's exactly right. Although i'll be honest, go look at organiz it's hard to find organizations that keep those things together. But i uess they're co located in the ceo but i think they need to be co located deeper down than that.
