Akos: The key to this, there's kind of two things but it's just getting interested in things and enjoying things. Other than what he did is I just try lots of stuff. There's no point forcing yourself about something that you're not interested in. And the other thing is you can't worry about performance. That'll kill your excitement. Generally, those kind of like doing physical activities, moving my body, being outdoors, these kinds of things are what I tend to get really excited about.
