Anxious thinking could be telling melies, and those big, loud voices may not be there to help me. You can determine if a thought is is something you need to do and act on right away or not. Many of the things that you are all reacting to are not external events. They are coming from your own mind. And so you can actually begin to discern which ones you will pay attention to and which ones you can just let float by.
