I was so bad at interacting with humans in my early career. I believe there was a right and a wrong way, you know, and I still believe there's good ways to do stuff in this bad way that I'm down to skill. But if people are struggling with the idea of adopting a growth mindset, I think the biggest thing they're trying to learn is it's not about your current knowledge. It's about your ability to gain you knowledge and learn from other people. And I say this very confidently from the, again, I'll say it again because I was so shit at this stuff myself.
