Early Career Med Ed Scholars - How to Overcome Barriers to Publishing

What are some of the barriers that need to be recognized up front, especially in early career med ed scholars? And how do you suggest Cory and others might start to overcome some of those barriers? I think probably the most common barriers early on is time because the time we spend for our academic kind of scholarly activities. Everything starts from very small projects and then we often improve on its design with other people who can help us optimize what we're doing.
