Are There Parallels to Subprime?
We're in much better position that we don't have 100% financing with the exception of VA. We've seen more of a, I think, benefit from the fact that mortgage exotic products are just not as prevalent. And on the supply side, you know, something we did see in the 2000s where there was a big building frenzy in the end, which kind of helped bring down the housing bubble. But we think this is going to last longer than people are anticipating.
