The story of the syrophoenician woman and her faith is us. She doesn't come to jesus with any sense of entitlement. We don't approach god with the idea of, i deserve this or you owe it to me. I do not deserve your grace, iam. And we are all simply just recipients of god's free gift that he did not have to give to us.
