The Importance of Honesty
Zane has always enjoyed pushing against this. This is more holy and in a strange way because 100%. This is actually a creative and artistic exercise. It'd be really pop culture would be for me to go back and work with a label in a very authentic way. That's like the norm now. And I don't care if an artist writes their own song or doesn't. Like, I just don't Care if they sell me in the performance. No one else can do it. But there is that thing now with even artists who don't write sort of like denying that they don't writebecause they need to be authentic to be deemed as quote unquote good.
