In other coaching certification programs they were really kind of glorified and junior varsity communication skills training. The number one thing I saw with other programs what they were doing is they were saying essentially to the others, "Pick up the phone call your clients" So my target was to create something that addressed that and did that well so my target in creating my program was I said I'm going to create a 12 week program meaning I'm going to created a 12 session coaching program why because these didn't give enough direction according to Dr Richard Quest.
