What Do You Expect to See in 2023?
We were expecting that we would see some disirration in inflation towards the end of 22 and into 2023. The question is, how quickly we will get closer to the kind of target as central banks are pursuing. So, in the US, it's definitely a labor market issue. And for now, let's say that the data is ambiguous. Our contention is that we will see slowdown in wages,. That will help take core inflation down by the second half of 2023.
