The Palatability of Plant-Based Meat Substitutes
You can actually have an unhealthy plant-based diet if you really worked at it. There are a fair amount of ultra-processed foods or just carbohydrates that are more refined or simple carbohydrates where they fit their plant-based. I was looking at a vegetarian sausage in the grocery store the other day and one serving had six grams of saturated fat, which is a lot.
