The Effects of Nightlight Colors on Body Temperature

We didn't directly measure how sleepy the mice were. But what we did was measure their body temperature. And this is a really reliable indicator of what time the body clock thinks it is. So it was a great time to make sure that these mice, body temperatures highest during the nighttime when they're active and lowest during the daytime when they're inactive. That's the opposite for humans.
