Clopy: A Package for Soccer Analytics

Clopy is a package that helps people understand this event, this club data. It was created as a way to sort of set an example for how to create a package. The project started on Twitter with Joe Milberry, who works at a Danish top club. He asked for help because he wanted to build a flask API on top of it.
