Is It Harder to Buy a House?

I would have to assume that the US is kind of similar in that sort of trajectory when it comes to like home ownership and stuff like that. But for instance, it's harder for everybody to buy a house. There's a lot of attention to the top of the market. The bottom of the market is completely no man's land. And what gets people in a predatory trap for getting people in a revolving door of issues and challenges is taking one bad loan that then ultimately messes up your credit.
