Make sure taken breaks. Be active. I think this is more important than fancy organomic desk chairs, or standing desks, or any of the stuff that people try to sell. We often look to those same industries to solve those problems for us. They like it. It's not like there's no merit towards finding a product or a service or a solution that can a make your behaviours more healthy,. That you're going to do. But i think so often that is our first thought when our first thought should be, how do i reduce the time i spend doing this activity that is unhealthy?
