Do You Think Reservation Is a Good Strategy?

I think in general, it's more about thinking about who is not at the table, and whatpop tions are not actually included in the company. And while the other ways to fix this problem is essentially reservation or affirmative action - which governments have been doing for many years. I don't think it will ever be like, oh, well, there's this one seat, and this one seat has to be filled by men. But i think it's much more about being intentional about where you're sorcing your candidates from.
