i think it's frustrating sometimes when people who don't have a technology role kind of feel that edte is somehow a mystery or too technical to age in. And actually, much of the historical etec which you know, iam sure many will have encountered at different times, is really more lessons about the timing and how things were delivered. I cannot look back to some of the times where technology, for want of better term, was forced upon us. More often than not, it's not the tech, it's the waya it's being implemented and used. Tat's the real challengei is really interesting. But then, i can't think of anything more horendous
