How Do We Get There?
The way i differentiate mentrs and coaches is someone who is where you want to be, whereas a coach doesn't have to be that. So right now i have an idea, and if you don't have to take me as an example, we can, if you have examples that you wat to share, we can share that. How do we get there? Well, if if it is a certain type of roll or industry, like iget, people all the time, we're trying to shift industries. And then sert, we need to interview and negotiate and all that fun stuffwhen we get a job. That could be you fulfilling that north star, that that deeper reason.
